Wonderful experience, great hosts. Noise from Hwy 89, but dies down at night. Very beautiful hike starts just 2 miles away at West Fork. Spent 5 nights there and didnt want to leave!

Hosts were great. Campsite was clean. Fresh spring water from the tap was a plus.

Great area to stay. With the help of the camp hosts, we were able to get our 26' 5th wheel into to a spot with our kids. There was enough water in the creek to enjoy the day entertaining our grand kids. Bathrooms were clean and site was spotless when we arrived..

We had site 28 which was perfect to back up our teardrop trailer into. It's a beautiful campground, we had wildflowers surrounding our site. 28 isn't as close to the road as the other side (sites 1-19 seem closer to the road). The cars on the road didn't bother us, it was like white noise. We really appreciated the noise rules - no amplified music and generators to be turned off at 10pm (wish every campground had these rules!) So it made the whole experience pretty quiet - Our only complaint was the sites are pretty close together. Note to state parks: we'd be willing to pay more for more privacy! Other than that, it was a great experience and we would go back. We might check out the neighboring campground, Cave Springs Campground, to compare experiences.

For tent camping, try Cave Spring first. But this site is much more level, and accessible, for RVs. Friendly staff, facilities as you'd expect.

This is a small campground, but its well taken care of. The campground hosts came to check on us a couple of time. Its close to the road, so it can be a bit loud, but overall it was nice.

It’s always fun to spend a couple of nights boondocking in nature! The sites are right off the highway and they use pit toilets. However it is close to Sedona with all that it has to offer. The hosts are awesome!

I'm fairly new to using campsites. The website is good but could include instructions for the newbies.Clean, quiet (just a bit of road noise), cool. Restrooms were extra clean - thank you camp hosts.Thank you also to the camp hosts for delivering my firewood.Just a bit of confusion with registering - not sure if I should have stopped at the host site before I went to my reservation site or waited for the camp host to come check me in. Also, tried to pay for second vehicle that would arrive later but could not pay until my second vehicle arrived.Very sketchy cell service (don't expect cell service at most remote campgrounds) but not good enough for my service to work in an emergency.

Campground is in Oak Creek Canyon which is an awesome place. However, there is considerable road noise at night while sleeping and many of the sites are close to the road which is not great.
