Great time of year for hiking. The campsite has everything you need and is very cozy. The campsite is also near the Mount Laguna General Store in case you run out of supplies or need something extra.

Clean and beautiful. Easy backing up with small trailer.

2 people per campsite means you cant visit with the friends we invited who stayed in the adjacent campsite! What a crock! We were even threatened with fine for visiting around the campfire. Is there any pleasure we can have where the government doesnt try to stop us from enjoying even camping? Ridiculous! The butterflies are safe.

We love loved the campground. However the campsite we booked on line had a sloped parking strip. Since there were very few campsites occupied, we asked the host if we could move to the site next to the one we reserved. He told us we could not. We would need to rebook on line. This seemed arbitrary, as there were plenty of open sites, and impractical, as there was no cell coverage or internet available.WE left our site and paid for the one we occupied. Recreation.gov should craft a policy allow for onsite changes such as we requested. The exact same set of circumstances happed to us at Colorado National Parks' Slickhorn Campground. The host obliged our request to switch sites. All that was required was a bit of editing to the campsite signpost.Otherwis, the campground at Laguna is lovely, well kept and clean

Always a great time! Camping, mountain biking and hiking. Thanksgiving in the Lagunas has just become a new tradition for us.

The lake was the fullest it’s been in years. Everything was green and gorgeous. The camp folk were kind and efficient. One of our favorite local campgrounds. Laguna never disappoints.

too hot… too far to showers… given a poor spot for our 18” travel trailer.
