Nice campground with beautiful surroundings. Nice hike to Falls accessible from the campground. Beautiful views at overlooks from road to campground but the 7 mile drive from the main road to the campground is long! The bathroom/ bath house could have been cleaner. Overall we liked the campground.

Chilhowee National Park was amazing and beautiful. We was there in early November and it was a bit chilly camping but nothing a good campfire didn't fix.

We were able to reserve our favorite spot for our annual all-girls camping trip. Would like to see the bathrooms cleared of the cobwebs more often than once a year. The lake area is in serious need of raking and sand replacement. It would also be good to have a small camp store where you can buy ice, wood, batteries, propane, sunblock, water and any other essentials as well as some simple food items. The profits can go toward the upkeep of the recreation area.
