We had a pleasant stay here. Our Camp Host was very friendly and was willing to answer any questions we had.The site was able to fit my truck and boat without feeling cramped. However, the site is located on the bend of the loop so backing up with a boat/trailer/RV can be a hassle. We were able to set up and the site still felt spacious to hangout. This is one of the very few sites that we saw that had a grass patch for a tent. We didnt want to pitch a tent on bare gravel and dirt. Mosquitoes were consistent, but some citronella candles/torches and bug spray fixed it.No firewood is sold within the campground, however it wasnt hard to find it being sold along the roads leading into the campground. We saw prices ranging from $4-$6/bundle.Showers/bathrooms/water pump were a very, very quick walk so that was awesome. They were cleaned daily by the Camp Host when we were there. Shower tokens were pretty straight forward. It was $1 for 1 token. 1 token was equivalent to 5 minutes of shower time.Cell service wasnt terrible. Spotty in certain areas, but I have Verizon and was able to get a good, consistent 2 bars. My girlfriend has AT&T and was able to get the same.We fished the Lake for bass a few times during our stay, it was decent. One of the mornings, there was a 26 boat fishing tournament so there was a lot of boat traffic. Usually the boat traffic wasnt too bad. All the launches surrounding the lake ranged from $2-$5 launch fees. The best one I would recommend is the one by the Long Shot Bar. A very, very nice ramp and only had a $2 launch fee.Only real complaints would be,The beach between the Beaver and Bass Loop was visibly overgrown and not taken care of. Luckily, the other beach by the Hardwoods loop was the complete opposite. The ramp located within the campground was also sketchy and I didnt want to risk launching my boat there. Overall, I had a very nice experience here. I would definitely come back!

Tons of bugs, few dogs barking at each other, showers run on tokens but there is nothing on any info board on how to get those. No firewood for sale in the camp, so you have to leave to get it. Camp hosts were nowhere to be found. Couldn't locate a phone number for more help. Decided I didn't want to camp after arriving to all that plus 47 morning temps predicted so I went to a hotel in Medford instead.

Overall the campgrounds are beautiful. Unfortunately while we were there the green tent worms were horrendous. They covered everything and were such a nuisance we had to cancel several outdoor activities.
The campsites are large and fairly level. Only some of the sites have usable standing grills and the fire pits do not have adjustable grates suitable for cooking on so you have to bring your device for cooking over the campfire.
The boat landing for the campgrounds is totally unusable for any trailered boat but only good for canoes or kayaks. I only saw one boat dock for the entire campground and only a few usable shoreline landings for the campsites.
There are two nice picnic areas and a big playground area with a slide for the kids, volley ball court (no net} and a horseshoe pit. There is a very nice fishing pier, but the water is so shallow it is over-run with weeds. The lake itself is quite shallow around the campground causing us to break a prop one day.
The roads between campsite areas are paved and very nice for bike riding. We did not attempt to ride the gravel trail with our new ebikes.
We really did enjoy our stay and plan on returning there again next year.
3 Stars out of 4 rating for sure.
