The camp host was confrontational and abrasive with our interactions and what we observed from other campers interactions close to our campsite. They were not friendly or inviting and left the same day we arrived. No wood. No ice. No games for the kids. That’s disappointing. We have always had a great experience and enjoyed interactions with prior camp hosts. If you are not interested in being friendly maybe don’t host a campground at all.

Host was very accommodating, hiking trails within the campground, campsites were well maintains with ample space. Within 30 minute drive to Clayton, Ga. This was one of our favorite campgrounds yet. We will definitely be back next year!!

We enjoyed every aspect of the campground's location, including the hikes to the waterfalls, the access to Lake Rabun, and the beautiful stream right next to the campsites. We were sorry about the bear incident while we were there, but the folks working there were very helpful and quick to inform us about the situation. We will definitely return.

Our site was clean, but the restrooms were further than I anticipated, we were staying in the middle of both, and they weren’t overly clean. One of the faucets in the women’s bathroom was broken. There is only one shower in each bathroom. We loved the trails though and enjoyed going to the lake beach although that area could have been better kept up also.
