My kids and I love the sense of timelessness in these cabins built during the era of FDR's Conservation Corps, coupled with a great shower/swim bathhouse facility.Looking forward to another stay next year.

The description of the cabin notes that its a drive in site however theres no way to actually drive to the cabin to drop your stuff off. Instead you have to park in the parking lot and lug all your things down to the cabin. We had 3 kids and were staying for a whole week so it was a lot. The pool was nice and the bathrooms were clean! If you have kids, want to be close to the pool and dishwashing station I would suggest to stay in the upper loop.

Friendly and helpful rangers made it feel like home. Great historic cabins, hiking, scenery. Somewhat of a walk to the bathroom and for loading and unloading.

The camp host and rangers were really friendly and helpful. The cabin was clean and the grounds well kept. The area is beautiful and there are not so many cabins as to be crowded.

Beautiful cabins, beautiful woods, easy check in and check out, nice pool, clean bathrooms, not too crowded. Felt extremely safe as a solo female traveler

My husband and I enjoyed a quiet rustic get away in Cabin #20. Being our first time camping there, we were very glad to have the help of Ranger Jeanie who took the time to talk to us about the history of the camp, the best places to eat in town, and in general, was awesome!

The Rangers were very helpful with every aspect of our overnight trip. The cabin was clean as were the restrooms and showers. The kids had a great time.

The rangers are always so friendly here. One even spent some time helping us get our campfire started (it had been raining in the days leading up to our trip). The cabin was clean and spacious. Only suggestion is that these bigger cabins should be allowed more than one car. Overall a great trip!
