We stayed at site #25. Be AWARE that the iPhone/apple Map directions to the site were WAY OFF, but Google Maps got us there. The campground was beautiful, the night sky was amazing, and we were pleasantly surprised to find that the river/creek ran right behind us. It was wonderful to listen to the "babbling brook" while we slept. This site is also very close to the trailhead, but far enough to still be private. Although there was no TP for at least 24 hours, the restroom was very clean, and no flies!!! On the downside... it was difficult to find a completely level spot to set up our tent so we did "roll" a bit at night, but hey, it was a fun adventure!!!! Site #25 is perfect for an RV, just back in and don't go all the way around the loop.

An excellent campground. We got the last reserved site about 10 days before Labor Day, surprisingly, and it was a really good site! There was a little creek running right behind our campsite. The restrooms were close and clean. The campsite had enough flat ground for two tents to be pitched. The picnic table was large and sturdy, with an excellent fire circle and grill. There was a big meadow nearby that was stunning. No noise from the road could be heard at the site. The road back to the campsite had a lot of potholes, but just go slow and it's not a problem.
