Camp hosts were amazing! Campground is well maintained and clean. Love that this little gem is only 30 minutes from Pocatello.

The group site had a great fire pit with plenty of seating. The shade was fantastic during the hot weather and would definitely stay here again!

This was the perfect place for our [big] family reunion!! It was a nice escape from the world, but close enough to the Pocatello metro area in case we needed extra supplies. We will definitely be going back here in the future!!

We used the scout mountain Group Site for 100 we had 50 and it was a pretty tight fit not sure how 100 people would fit here vehicle wise. A few things about this site. Not a lot of flat spots for tents and for a space that calls itself a group site I would think that maybe an area for group activities would be nice. The eating area is fantastic with lots of tables and the firepit was also huge and fit a lot of us around it. Its so tree dense that its fabulous for hammocks and the way the picnic area was set down in it gave us a great little stage for our skit night. What it looks like is that it was an old loop road (maybe in the 40's was meant for car camping, the spots to pull a vehicle are tiny) that has been closed and is now a group site. Each camp site has a busted up fire pit and an old table (these should be torn out) and a terrible spot to park a vehicle not flat at all. This spot could definitely use some attention from maybe a skid steer to tear out the old stuff and make a few nice tent spots or flatten out some trailer spaces or even right in the center of the spot create an open area for kids to have a game space. Volleyball or cornhole or just someplace that opens up to play a little. There is a water spigot at the top of the loop road as well as one down by the eating area but not a lot of water pressure at the top one. My second complaint was that although it was nice to have our own out house one stall is not really a lot for 50 people and if we truly had 100 people there which is what the site was meant for it wouldn't have been adequate. Also the camp host didn't keep our TP stocked he was kinda horrible. We had to use our own and I cleaned the bathroom daily. Not sure why its not sprayed down like the ones in other campgrounds. It wouldn't be hard to keep it cleaner. The bugs and spider webs inside were just gross. Also, It would be nice since we have to carry our own garbage out to have somewhere to hang garbage bags in there too.

The camp host is friendly and works really hard to make a clean and nice experience. Our camp site was good and we had a great time. We will be back
