Very clean and quiet campground

We have camped here before. This time was able to reserve one of the last 2 sites on the A loop (A20). These are away from the other sites and loops enough that you feel you have the river and forest to yourself. Toilets were clean, the pull around was not as level as we would have liked, yet we caught a giant rainbow right from this site.

Clean, uncrowded and beautiful. Reservation process was easy and our site was clearly marked with our reservation.

This campground is beautiful. It is well kept & the hosts are phenomenal. Some pull through, some back in sites. Water spigots and pit toilets throughout.

This was a really nice campground, sites are very well spaced and all sites are ada setup but looks like you do not need a disabled pass. 12x12 concrete pad under the picnic table next to a well packed tent site. Parking pad was pretty level, the only issue for us was mosquitoes, there were lots and if you dont build a Smokey fire you basically have to stay inside.

Lovely campground, clean, large private sites. Flat with sand tent sites, only downside was the mosquitoes but nothing to be done about that next to the river

Well kept, clean. Dogs need to be on leash at all times.

Well kept campground with hosts regularly around checking in. Easy access to the river and clean facilities. Down side is the wasps, but nothing you can do about that.

We don't normally stay in campgrounds but this place is magical! Beautiful sites, well maintained facilities and sites, amazing serene scenery. The firepits are great too but I suggest bringing your own grate as the ones here require quite a lot of wood to heat them up enough. We've been here twice in the same spot and just love it! The campers are always super kind too and you get to meet lots of great folks while also being spread out enough that you're not wall to wall. Love this place!

We loved this campground, it was well maintained and beautiful. The one downside is lots of kids riding scooters through the campground at top volume all day. On a brighter note I'm glad they enjoyed it so much.

The campground was pretty well taken care of.The bathrooms kept running out of toilet paper and they needed to be emptied out quite badly!

My site was clean and well maintained. The vault toilets were clean and maintained. My site had some shade most of the day. No cell service (Verizon) but one of my group uses T-Mobile and still had some service.

Great camp and great camp host

The camp hosts were great. The site we stayed in was awesome. But the garbage dumpsters got to the point that the camp hosts had to close the dumpsters for use. There was one in C loop that wasnt full but all the other ones were.

This is a wonderful campsite along the Henry's Fork River and nestled in the lodgepole pines. The drinking water is cold and refreshing and the restrooms are kept impeccably clean! There is adequate privacy between campsites. Well done BLM!

Campsite was not ideal for a trailer the up hill slope made it difficult to get into. tore up the leveling jack on the back of the camper just trying to get into the campsite.
@WayneP4816009 · Camped on May 24, 2024 at Campsite #A21
beautiful as always, campground spotless, hosts friendly and helpful, but still kept a lid on things when needed

The campground is awesome. We were traveling in the area and rolled up without a reservation. The host, Dale and Eva, were the most friendly we have I encountered. Dale met us as we pulled in and made a list of available sites that would work and gave his advice on the best one. Later the next day he went out of his way to let us know hed placed an elderly lady from Germany who was traveling alone across from us so shed feel safe. Invited her over for fire that night and had a terrific time. Everyone in camp knew the host and commented on how friendly they were. We left after two days to go to Yellow Stone but liked the camp so well we got on line and made reservations to stay a couple more days after visiting the park. Definitely a re-do if we are back in the area again.

@BranJen - Santa Clara, CA

I wanted to thank you for this site and especially for the notifications feature. Thanks to your site and my subscription I was able to book a campsite I've been annoyingly trying to book for 5 years unsuccessfully. So thank you.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
