We stayed in site 36 right by one of the orchards. This site in particular has more foot traffic since there is a path right next to it that leads to the restroom, but in exchange you get great restroom, orchard, river, and Gifford house access. All a short walk away. Most sites including ours were shaded for significant portions of the day. Campsites are not particularly private or spread out, but we didn't feel encroached on even though the campground was full. Bathrooms were clean for a NPS campground. No showers. Watching the deer eat from the orchards in the evening while we had pie from the Gifford house was the highlight of the campground.

Very beautiful campground! We were next to the orchards and a walking path in B36. The only complaint is the campsite was a little difficult to get into because the paved parking pad is straight on, not on an angle to make making in easy. The neighbor across from us was kind enough to move his truck from his paved parking pad so we had enough room to back in. Our trailer is 26 feet at it fit front to back of the pad, even though this site says it fits 29 feet. Campsite hosts was kind, in walking distance to Gifford House, and has an amphitheater with ranger programs. I highly recommend this campground. Just a smaller trailer/RV in this spot.

Quaint and quiet campground surrounded by stunning red rock walls and peaceful orchards. I was not prepared for no generators to be allowed on loops A and B but I loved the serenity without generator noise. Deer families wander through campsites all day and have no fear of humans. I loved having a campsite adjacent to the Chesnut Orchard. RV pads are wide and deep, allowing plenty of space to maneuver and parallel park my truck next to my trailer. Pads are relatively flat. If you're relying on solar power, note there are a lot of trees. Walking to the Gifford House for pies and ice cream was a treat for the whole family. Easy and scenic Fremont River Trail starts in the campground; a great family hike. We came for the eclipse and it was perfect spot. I wish they had more ranger programs. Camp hosts were very active, enforcing rules in a polite manner and being helpful when needed.

Lovely campground - so peaceful. Feels like we stepped back in time 100+ years. Very pastoral setting.

Hickman Bridge was a good hike - best to do this early to avoid heat and crowds.

Scenic Drive was lovely.

Camp host was helpful.

What a wonderful and green campground. With some wind a bit sandy / dusty on the sides. We enjoyed it here!

This is such a great spot. We stayed in a van in mid March and it was quiet and picturesque. The farm is beautiful and learning about the history was interesting. Bathrooms were heated and clean. Id recommend a stay here, and definitely would stay in the future.

Our stay was very nice and the near to the trailhead was very comfortable. Unfortunately it was very windy so that we could not sit on the fire pit at the first evining. but on the second evening it gets better. A lot of deers entertains us the whole time also.

Lovely campground, well maintained, facilities were very clean.

Beautiful surroundings! Loved the trails that started right there! Our spot was possibly the most unlevel one in the campground and presented a challenge for us with a 28 ft. trailer, but aside from that a wonderful experience. And oh, the pies!!! Bathrooms were very clean and VERY warm. Hreat after a rainy, sleety setup.

We loved this park. It's tucked up in a tree filled canyon. The RV pads were concrete with grass and patio tables. Deer roamed the area grazing the beautiful grass. There are campfire pits, but smoke didn't linger. Serve at the sites, but if self contained it's a great spot.

This was one of the nicer national park campsites we have been to. It is located conveniently near the scenic drive and the Gifford House. The bathrooms were the cleanest I've seen after a summer of camping across the state. The rangers and campsite host were incredibly kind, friendly, and quick to stop folks from petting/feeding the deer that hung out in the orchard/trees by our site!

We enjoyed this site right next to the Orchard. It was a nice walk to the Ranger talk in the evening, and the Gifford home in the morning for cinnamon rolls. It was fairly close to the restroom as well, without being so close as to have people walking through your site to get there.
