Part of the problem was terrible weather which the campground cannot be responsible for however, preparing campsites so they won't be too susceptible to issues would be the prudent thing to do. The campground was poor at best because of this lack of preparedness for bad weather. They would be okay for dry weather. Our campsite was well below water from the rain received before and during our arrival. Furthermore, the stated length of the site did not fully contain the trailer as the hitch stuck out in the loop road. Adding to the frustration of this campground was that your vehicles could not be parked next to the camper unless it was on the campsite on the same surface of the camper. On top of that, being a non electric site was that we were told that generators could not be used during quiet hours of 10pm-6pm or 11pm-7am.....I don't remember exactly what they said they were. I did not see that anywhere in the online description of the campsite and was not aware of that until checking in. I could deal with that but not to be made aware of that until check in is not good. Now I am sure these would be pretty decent campgrounds under good or ideal weather but how about using some of those millions of dollars we send overseas to just make these campgrounds a little better, liking adding water and electric to all the sites. If I was tent camping then I would expect to be roughing it more but when you are in a Class A or C motorhome or a travel trailer, you do expect a little more. Now this is no fault of the park rangers and the volunteers who were absolutely great. They are dealing with the limitations they have at hand. Good people!

Mobile Data Speed Map
#123
If there are speed tests submitted for a campground the campsite icons will be colored based on the average download speed and the border will be colored based on the average upload speed.
In this example Campsite #123 has very good download speeds and decent upload speeds. If a campsite has a solid yellow color it means there was no data speed detected in the test(s). Clicking on a campsite icon reveals more details.
