Wish it was a little warmer but it was a great Thanksgiving weekend at the beach.

The campground is everything it is said to be. Everything worked well. Its a beautiful place. We had some contrary weather to deal with so we spent more time in the camper than desired. And weather on the outer banks can change without notice.

Nice camp ground, friendly and helpful staff. Was able to check in early as long as spot was empty. We will definitely stay again.

First time staying at this campground for my family. I really liked how natural the campground was, with all of the dunes and plants. nice open RV sites (what we used) and awesome tent sites as well. The bath houses were nothing fancy, but without having sewer, the showers were nice and warm and clean! It is a cool spot to be able to walk over to the Oregon Inlet marina and watch the charters bring in their catch. Overall, a fun place to camp, and we will most likely do it all again

We had a wonderful stay at Oregon Inlet Campground. The spaces were nice. We didn't feel crowded. I liked the way the sites were angled. It was great being so close to the beach.

Beautiful campground. Dunes and beach are amazing. Can't wait to come back. Do not plan on using the shower in the winter months or you will freeze you butt off. It is not entirely closed in and the wind comes under the door and the water is a pull lever shower. So when you are using you hands to wash you hair or body the water shuts off and you freeze. Also, don't plan on getting anyone to answer the phone if you call and they don't return calls. Very nice in person though.

The stay was wonderful, quiet. The other RVers were great and friendly. I wish the campground would be open in the winter.

This is our "Go To" campground because it is right there at the beach!

Generators on campers need to be turned off at 8 pm and not started again until 8 am. The time frame of allowing generators to run 6 am until 10 pm is way too long. Some are very noisy. This was unpleasant.

One of the most unique campgrounds I've ever seen. Situated right in the middle of some of the largest sandunes on the east coast. Spots were large, flat, and close proximity to the bath house. Best of all it is just a short walk to the beach with direct access from the campground. Will definitely come back again!

I was scheduled to camp in Frisco campground but Bonnet bridge was closed so we stayed in Oregon inlet,it was very windy the whole time then Monday the Recreation.gov website was overwhelmed by people who couldnt cross the bridge and I could not book a reservation for hours ,then when left because the park rangers insisted I could not be in the campground I finally got a campsite and all I could get was one with no electric or water very disappointed because earlier there were several ,that app needs to be improved please ,I could not transfer my campsite from Frisco either ,I couldnt do anything in person at the ranger station very frustrating, the to top off a weekend of frustration a Pomeranian was being walked and strayed into our campsite and it attacked my dog I had to take her to vet $300
