Restrooms were always immaculate, Rangers were very helpful, plenty of trash dumpsters and hot showers were wonderful except for the two ladies that took their sweet time!!!!

Great place to stay. I like that you can walk or drive to the beach. Bugs can be a little aggressive if the wind dies down. Overall we will be back again for sure.

Nice campground close to the beach. Plenty of space to maneuver. Sites have plenty of room too but not much vegetation for privacy. Electric hookup. Clean bathrooms but no hot water in the showers. Not within walking distance of anything except the beach. No trails.

Great location with beach access and fishing. Spot 30C was nice. Close to the bathroom, quiet (very little traffic noise), and the living side of our 5th wheel was in the shade during the evening hours as the sun was setting. Fishing center across the street has a new and really nice restaurant with great views. Well be back. We have t-mobile and the signal was strong.

Great location and close to some historic sites. My only two complaints are the narrow roads through the campground and the location of the dumpsite.

Excellent campground. The dump station is awful! Only one hole a crossed add congested parking lot with poor access, particularly for larger units. The dump station currently is located across and down a very busy highway.The dump station desperately needs to be relocated in the campground with more than one hole.

Great location, easy walk to the beach and short drive to Nags Head and Manteo. Campground was quiet, clean, and well maintained. We will definitely go back.

The camping pads are paved and level and the outlets for electric are covered well and easy to access. There are plenty of bathrooms and the walk to the beach is scenic. The staff is super welcoming too. Will definitely be returning!

The sites were clean and well kept. The price is right. The staff went out of their way to be helpful, courteous and kind. The campground was in a great location. I would recommend this and say it was a very good experience.

Campground, environment and staff were great. Fellow campers not so much. How on earth can you go to a place like Oregon Inlet and think it is OK to watch a movie on your 10 foot projection screen outdoors without considering your fellow campers. Shame on the camper for doing so. If you cannot appreciate the place and fellow campers. Go to an RV resort where nobody cares.

The beach is very nice. The problem with the campground is that it is not built to handle the amount of large campers that are now staying there. The rules were posted but no one was informing them. For example, all wheels on the grass. Campers were parking on the grass completely as well as sticking out in the roadway making it hard to pass by. People were also driving very fast around the circle making it very dangerous for children and people walking pets. The campground is making a lot more money and renovations could be done.

We really loved this campground. Sites are nicely spaced. Bathrooms were clean. Beach is close and beautiful. A bit windy over our entire 4 day visit. That was tough at times.

Great access to the beach, location was great halfway point for our travels both north to Currituck and then to Hatteras/Ocracoke. Bathrooms left a little to be desired and shower water was really cold for the time of year we were there (April).

Wonderful campground. Needs more signs to identify the paths through the dunes to the beach. Plus more keep off the dunes and why it is important to preserve the dunes.
