Even though the showers were cold, the beaches were beautiful, sun rises as magnificent as the sunset, and close to some wonderful restaurants and a gem of a grocery store...Connors. good separation between sites and a breeze that never quit. Loved it

Restrooms were not very clean! There was a lot of tree branch overgrowth along roads and campsite which would cause scratches on bigger RVs! Please cut the overgrowth back!

Beautiful and quiet natural setting. Clean bathrooms. Cold showers are bracing and feel nice. Sand burrs are a pain.

Beautiful campground located in the dunes and with close access to the beach. The only negative point about this campground is the non-heated water shower system.

P57 had no place to set up a tent. We had to move the picnic table to the asphalt to make a space to set the tent. Next to the road and the grill. Then there were burrs everywhere. We had to drive the dogs down to Hwy 12. Not kid or dog friendly at this spot. The view was beautiful though!!

We enjoyed the privacy afforded by the vegetation. We had to move from one site to another because we reserved last minute. Both up on the upper P loop had views. It was so nice! We found all three bakeries within a half hour. They were all really good, but the Orange Blossom was outstanding! The Apple Ugly lived up to all the rave reviews. Other than that we saw the lighthouses hiked the few trails, and walked on the beach. We stayed at 3 of the 4 National campgrounds (1 was flooded), and Frisco was by far our favorite.

This National Campground is well maintained. Recommend some type of sun shelter be brought to be used at the campsite.

The campground has a lot of vegetation that provides privacy to the sites but also has a lot of bugs. We were there starting tick season and there were tons! As there are so many cacti and sand spurs everywhere, we needed to change our site, the mobile signal is terrible, luckily there was staff there to help us. The restrooms and the bottle filler are great. And, the access to the beach is convenient but there were a lot of trucks.
Not our family's best experience but could have been worst if it wasn't for the helpful staff. ♥
