Many sites seem really small for camping, so our site P24 was a great exception. Lots of privacy, ample space for tent and table( which we moved to a shadier spot), near but not to close to bathrooms and board walk. Really enjoyed the campground and beach

Nice campground. Decent walk to the beach through wetland and dunes. Bring bug spray. Enjoy cold invigorating showers. Campground is in good location.

Frisco National campground is such a beautiful place to visit. You can hear the ocean from many of the campsites. It is quiet and family friendly. We are already planning our next trip to Frisco. It was wonderful!

The campground was neat and clean, and our campsite spacious. The Frisco beach is not crowded even in July! Be sure to crab hunt at night! It’s really fun and the stars are amazing!

The Fisco campground was a great place to stay and certainly the nicest beach-side campground we have visited. Most sites have some shade and privacy, often a rarity at the beach. The walk to the beach via the boardwalks crossing the marsh is a bit longer than some but the early morning and evening trips are rewarded with the wildlife that frequents the woods and marshy areas. If you like or are capable of camping without power or sewer hookups, it is a great place to camp. The dump station is right down the road on the road to the Hatteras lighthouse. There are showers but I don't believe they have hot water, just in case you are going in cooler weather.
