The facility is very nice a bit far from town; but, a lot of things to do around it. during my five night stay, I talked to several of the employees all were very nice and helpful; but, on my last day, I was trying to buy one additional token to make sure we all took a shower before my long drive home; the person at the counter (she did not have a name tag); was very rude and told me that she did not have any tokens and that there was nothing she could do; I asked if the people in the carts (cleaning crew) had a key to perhaps sell me a token and she told me "I must be dumb, as I don't understand you", I told her that I was not been rude to her and that she should not be talking to me in that matter", she basically told me (in a condescending tone) that she did not know if they had the key and said there was nothing she could do. This employee should be retrained to provide better customer support. She could have easily contacted the staff to see if they had the key for the showers and sell me a token, I was extremely disappointed with the encountered and the fact that I drove home without a shower was the icing on the cake.

Beautiful and clean campsite, with well kept bathrooms. Lovely family beach area big enough for everyone. The only downside is HIGH bear activity. BEWARE of bears coming every night, scavenging through your site. There are bear boxes, but it is up to the campers to keep things put away and cleaned up. Overall, fun family experience!
