Stayed in site 6, very nice clean campground. Site 6 is completely shaded so it was a bit chilly when we were there but would probably be lovely when warmer. It is the farthest site from the bathroom and you do have to go up a small hill to reach it.

Well maintained trails (for the most part), excellent signage at every fork made navigation easy. Beautiful area, campgrounds were clean with good flat areas.

Running water and a proper place to poop is always amazing.

Weather was perfect and our site was pretty great, too. It was quiet and peaceful. Just lovely!

It's lovely being able to walk through so many different habitats

The campground was very good. The facilities were clean enough, I suppose. The area that the campsite is in is beautiful.

We just had major issues with the punk teenage boys who camped next to us. Constantly making noise until midnight with a father who made zero effort to control them. We REALLY enjoyed waking you up early the next day, lol.

Mosquitos were out in force in early May - protection and repellent are musts. Trails were lush and beautiful. Campsites 5 and 6 are the best - furthest from the rest, more wooded and secluded, somewhat spacious. 5 is larger but 6 is higher up so it's more private and it looks down on site 5. 7 and 8 are also relatively private, whereas the rest are pretty exposed and/or close to the restroom.
