We were impressed with customer service before and during our trip. We had a question about the site so we called and left a message. They called back before the end of day to give us the answer. Even though the campground was pretty empty on the weekday but a ranger came to our reserved spot to make sure the correct registrant showed up for the day. Even though we were mostly left alone in the nature, which we like, we felt the sense of being protected at the right degree.

This campground is in a beautiful area, but the lack of care and attention to the grounds makes it less than desirable. Someone was parked in my reserved campsite when I arrived after 3pm, it turned out that the occupants parked there because it was convenient for them to go out fishing. I had to wait until they returned before I could get into my site. I couldnt find a camp host to help with this situation. The bathrooms sinks and toilets were beyond dirty, they were gross. The water spigots located around the campground may or may not work, the ones near my campsite didnt work.

#30 was great , best view of the lake. But we were too close to the campsite adjacent to us, there was a loud family with noisy children running around. Not the best experience , but the location and views made up for it. 11/11/2023.

This was a great location, loved the view and the bathroom and facilities were okay. It could be more maintained.

The site at Pine Flat Lake is beautiful but the weekend crowd was noisy and did not honour the curfew. The facilities are old and not well maintained. Not a place we will go back to unfortunately.
