Island Park Campground in Fresno County is located 38 min northeast of Reedley, CA with an elevation of 959 feet. There are a total of 91 campsites including 15 tent-only sites. The campground is open all year. 76 sites can accommodate RVs and trailers between 18 and 99 feet. All sites are currently reservable. Reservations can be booked up to 6 months in advance. 4 sites have electric and water hookups. 17 sites have electric hookups. Fees range from $20.00 to $135.00. Some amenities include amphitheater. Activities include boating, fishing, floating sports.

Me and my boyfriend planned a last-minute trip absolutely beautiful just as a pictures. Great campsite. This was our first time here and I feel like we got a pretty good campsite. This was the only one that was surrounded by trees and shade and you get a lakefront in my opinion this is the one section thats a little further on the side with more privacy, compared to the others that I saw thats more on open ground . I absolutely loved it here. Definitely will be coming again soon. There is operating bathrooms with warm water FYI.

The Park was nice. I had a great time. The only thing that bothered me was because it was a holiday weekend the spot had to be reserved for three days. So I had to wait until Saturday to reserve it for only Saturday and Sunday.

The campground itself was better than I ever imagined it would be. Extremely well kept grounds and nice camp sites. My only complaints are with the management, and it is the entirety of the organization. My stay was from Thirsday night through Sunday morning. Their policies made me pay for Sunday night also even though I wasnt going to be there. If you want to 1 weekend night you have to pay for all 3 nights. The pictures on the website are rather lackluster as well. I really dont need a picture of the sign post with the campsite number on it. I'm more interested in seeing the actual site we're I am parking my trailer and the area surrounding it. The actual spots for you RV are just big enough to park in and nothing more. There was very large boulders placed on both sides which made navigating to the fire pit/picnic table area difficult for anyone with the slightest mobility impairment. Overall it is nice, and would stay there again but theres definitely room for improvement.

Pine Flat Lake is beautiful this time of the year with green grass, cool temps, and no crowds. Plus, there are two separate camp volunteers stationed at Island Park campground, which helps to prevent non-campers and those without reserved campsites from taking over the campground. I had an enjoyable experience.

I love going there in the winter. Winter keeps the people away. I like the solitude. Summer is too hot. I really like the group sites.

We absolutely love Pine Flat and most everything Army Core...BUT...some of these campsites are definitely not for the faint hearted..Site 22 will leave you sleepless and worried over the steep decline your rig is parked on...bring EXCESSIVE leveling options and extra tire choks. plan accordingly. We stayed in site 22..wish we could post a pic of our balancing act. Definitely wild.

Absolutely beautiful spot. I had never heard of it before , and we were able to book last minute after our trip to Sequioa. What an incredible treat. This place is magical.

Peaceful clean and relaxing. I went there Spontaneously and it was great choice. Im definitely heading back there whenever Im in Fresno. I recommend it!!

The Internet description and photo of our reserved site was completely deceptive. We were parked in a pull-out just off the road. (really in the road) This was NOT what I was led to believe when I made the reservation.

The view from space 9 was gorgeous. walked through the campground and saw a lot of nice view sites. hiked the edison trail nearby and shopped at the little market down the road.We will be back
