We enjoyed site #35 for how big it was and how removed it was from other campers. It was also close to the restrooms, which were clean enough. We did have houses behind us and kept getting visited by a dog who lived there, begging for food. That part was annoying. The park was quiet and the beach was small but very nice. There is a very nice general store across the street that has everything you may need, and more! My only negative comment is that the fire pit was full of ash and needed to be cleaned out as it was causing our fires at night to not burn well. I asked the camp host twice to attend to that but he kept saying it wasnt necessary so he never did it. I was unhappy with that poor level of customer service. Other than that, we had a very nice stay and will definitely go back. Lake Tahoe is gorgeous!

Wonderful spot! We were in space 35 with a small tent trailer and had plenty of space, the only issue was in that space the table and fire pit is a bit of a walk from the parking spot, so it would be better for tent campers. Otherwise we were very happy! Hosts were friendly, bathrooms were clean, other campers were polite and we could walk across the street to the lake!

The group next to us was loud until 2 am the first night. Multiple groups were loud until 3 am the next night. The noise needs to be reigned in. Rangers were nowhere to be seen and not enforcing any semblance of order.

Site needed to be more leveled. Brought leveling blocks, but those were by far not enough. Restrooms were somewhat clean, no soap provided. T-Mobile Internet was poor - had to walk to the main street to get some coverage. Most importantly, they seem to have a local bear, which I only learned about after he grabbed the food of my neighbors, leveled their tent, and broke into their car. Apparently, it's the same bear basically living on the camp ground or near by and doing this all the time, but I only learned about by hearsay after the incident. Would have loved to be be let known when I checked in.

The roads are horrible and the campsites need to be leveled.
