The camp hosts are amazing. They do a fantastic job keeping the grounds clean and they are very accommodating with info, recommendations and knowledge of the area, which in turn makes the camping experience top notch. 5 STARS!

Pros1. Fantastic location.2. Fairly spacious camp site.Cons1. No shower.2. Restroom is kinda old (not dirty).Pros?Cons?There are real bears!!! I saw an adult bear right in front of me at night time. It just walked away. And I heard people yelling Bear! throughout the night. Read the instruction about bears carefully and leave no food around you!!

Guter Stellplatz, leider etwas nach hinten abfallend. Der Zugehrige Strand ist steinig und klein. In der unmittelbaren Umgebung ist wohl sonst kein direkter Zugang zum Strand mglich, weshalb wir einige Meilen nach Meeks Bay fahren mussten. Fr das Dumpen war eine extra Gebhr ber 10 Dollar fllig.

This is our absolute favorite campground while visiting Tahoe City. It’s nice and quiet and so close to Sunnyside and yummy restaurants. No showers is a bit problematic though.

I love the spot so much. Very clean, convenient, just a great overall spot. In the middle of everything but you feel so remote.

Nice campground with great accessibility to everything you need. The bus & tart connect were free and easy to request a ride through the app. The beach is small be plenty of room to put down a chair and cool off in the beautiful water. The bike path is asedome!! Put everything in the bear locker!! Boo the big locally raised bear was out after dusk in the early morning & wished us goodbye at 10:30am while packing up our camper. We shouted at him and he turned and walked away. The mother bear and her cubs enjoyed an early morning buffett some idiots left out. So there entire site was torn apart. Another neighbor accidentally clicked the button on there van which opened the door providing a hearty meal of dog food lol. So dont eat after dark, always keep your bear locker closed. And if you have unexpected bears for breakfast lunch or dinner, step away and give them space.

Very beautiful campsite! Be sure to put your food in the bear box because bears frequent the campsite, along with other wildlife!

Fantastic staff, clean bathrooms, easy walking, biking, restaurants nearby. Loved our stay! Bears around every night!
