Beautiful sunset!

Nice location for beach and sunsets, we were there during the week not a busy weekend or holiday, our thoughts it could be a very high traffic area during high season times. we had a few people going thru our campsite kind of obliviously . If that's not a deterrent for you, great spot.

Absolutely beautiful campground with lake views from many sites. Staff was friendly and helpful

Nice flat site, like most if not all of the sites at this campground. Ample room for 2+ tents. Not far from bathrooms or beach. Walking distance (~45 mins), mostly on trails, to all the Stateline action. One of the best beaches in Tahoe, but it's also open access to the general public and gets slammed early in the morning on weekends during the summer w/day trippers and their loud music and kids.

Camp hosts and team are wonderful. Campsite was super clean. Unfortunately, the SQUIRRELS ARE UNBEARABLE! I tried to eat outside and was surrounded by 10 squirrels darting thru my feet and table. Moved lunch into my RV and the squirrels climbed the RV door while I ate. And this was same day South Tahoe announced the Plague was transmitted to a human at a local campground via squirrels.

Site 44 had a two week stay around August 27 with small barking dogs. They left the dogs in the RV for several hours many times and the dogs barked 90% of the time. This is not safe for the dogs and was irritating for the rest of us. They should have been told to control there animals. BTW we have dogs and they are well controlled and we never leave them alone, So are the campground rules. Please remind the camp host and rangers to fix this issue.

We had a great time. The weather was fantastic. The campground is professionally run by Adam, Janet and their staff. They are the best campground hosts I have come across in 50 years of camping in the Sierras. One of the hosts, Michael, helped me the first day by cutting the lock off of my hitch when I forgot the key to it. We are a bit sorry they moved the boundary for the dog beach. It is now quite a bit further south than it was last year. It is such a popular spot that I think it needs more room. We hope this staff comes back next season. We cant wait to camp here again.

Busy campground...generators, air compressors (paddle boards), children riding bicycles 7 am, beaches are crowded. However it is stunning. Hard to get a reservation.

The check-in host went above and beyond with a smile. We always have a great camp experience at Nevada Beach. Dog beach at south end is a great perk. Only lame part is when campers let their pitties run free to greet the leashed dogs in the campground. Ive seen that more than once. What are they thinking?Other than thoughtless people, the campground is awesome.

We had a great experience this year for the 4th of July week camping at Nevada Beach. I'm can only imagine that it is the toughest and most challenging week to be the Camp Host. We felt safe and enjoyed the friendly interactions we had with the Hosts and hope they will continue to come back year after year! We have been camping at Nevada Beach for many years and this was the best yet!

This is the best place to stay! The Adam and Janet are exceptional! Bathroom are always clean and this year there is hand soap in the bathrooms!

Beautiful, level site with lots of room. Nice trees for hanging a hammock. You will get lots of sun on your patio area in the afternoons, so it can get pretty hot. This is one of the closest sites to the beach so there's less privacy than others, but you can hear the waves crashing as a bonus.

Had several opportunities to get a canceled reservation, several reminders to people with reservations probably helped. Lucked out on a great site and the stay was much more enjoyable staying during the week rather than the weekend. Staff was great as usual but I always wonder who would you would contact to enforce campground rules or had a safety concern. Never have seen any Forest Service Rangers or any law enforcement. Its a big park with a big crowd some days and not everyone behaves appropriately.One annoying thing is people dropping the metal lids down on the dumpsters, really loud! Maybe some rubber pads would help?

Lovely campground, great beach, and camp hosts were great. Site 43 is good with a good amount of space between both neighbors. If you are setting up your tent at night, look carefully to ensure you're not setting up over an ant hole as there were many throughout the site (though ample space for tents in between). Also, note that there are deer mouse nesting in the tree roots near the picnic table/bear box. They weren't a problem, but they were active at night, so whatever food items you're not paying attention to on the table after dusk is probably fair game.

@ChazInSoCal - CA

I just used PerfectCamp.com to book six consecutive August nights at the most popular campsite in one of the most popular campgrounds in Humboldt Redwoods State Park in California. That is not anything I could have accomplished anywhere else with the ease I did here! Thank you, PerfectCamp! I LOVE this site! You will find me on several other camping sites but the design, format, functionality, and personality of this the best. It’s fresh and clean.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
