Awesome camp ground and support staff. Recreation.gov Notso much. Continual inaccurate information about availability. Very frustrating for consumers and the staff. Least favorite camping website of the last 6 years. Fix it. Dotgov should at least function.

This is our 4th time camping here. Its a wonderful campground with beautiful lake setting. A couple of things would make it even more enjoyable. Bathrooms near the beach and enforcement of no dogs on beach would be great.

Fallen leaf is always a wonderful camping experience. In the midst of some of the most scenic mountains on earth and yet still feels like a local campground. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Georgius campground, well maintained, sites are far enough from next camper, not on top off each other, THERE ARE BEARS THERE saw 2, Sites are hard to get into with a RV

I absolutely despise the reservation system. It takes hours to find a decent spot available. There are very few pictures of the campsites which makes it difficult to decide to book it. I absolutely hate that I have to book 7 months in advance to get a campsite. I would be open to booking a Yurt if dogs were allowed. With that said, I absolutely Love Fallen leaf Lake, but the hassle of booking a good campsite is the worst of the experience. And, don't depend on the camp store having anything you need, or convenient hours. I was shocked that firewood was not available except during the limited check-in hours. Bring plenty of Ice or Firewood or be prepared to drive into to town or Camp Richardson. For a Campground as Large as Fallen Leaf, they don't seem to be camper friendly.
