Very quiet campground, close to Lake Tahoe; Dump station and fresh water available, spot are big enough and not close from each other. To bad there is no network coverage

Lovely, spacious, scenic campground & facility. Some of the sites are more conducive to tent camping while others RV's & trailers but all are lovely!!! Most of the campsites are a good distance from another. Very lovely area with a picture perfect lake right up the road. If you need more lake, Lake Tahoe is right across the road a short bike distance away. Regret not hiking more on local trails as most of our group was kayaking.

Stayed in site 108 x 7 days. On June 10,11,12 there were approximately 50-80 people at sites 87,89. When I spoke with camp host he stated it doesnt matter how many people are at a site during the day. I have been camping at Fallen Leaf Lake for 35 years and have never seen this.

Site 108 - better for smaller trailers/setups. Beautiful park, pristine lake, clean bathrooms, super friendly hosts. LOTS of big dogs off leash EVERYWHERE, all the time. I would've given this 5 stars, but they don't seem to enforce the leash policy. Can be scary when you're rushed at (repeatedly) by large unknown dogs.
