We loved the yurtz. Warm and the lights were perfect. We would visit again!

The camp ground is beautiful and the restrooms are well kept. However it's load. The campers next to us were very loud and drunk and stayed up until midnight talking loudly. Other campers played loud music and generators running at all times of the day. I wish there could be a better sound code/regulation for camping out in such a beautiful and what should be peaceful place.

This is a well run campground and family friendly. Check in/out was smooth. We arrived around 12:30 and they allowed us to check in our Yurt. Bathrooms and showers were clean. We took our bikes and there was easy access to Fallen Leaf Lake. This is our second time there and will definitely be back.

First time I have been to this campground it is amazing a hundred times better than what I expected! The camp store had a little bit of everything and was organized. The ladies working there were so helpful for giving us ideas of what to do and see while we were there. Definitely drop in an see these helpful ladies! The campground was clean and well looked after and people driving by all the time on carts keeping an eye out. Overall the experience was fantastic can't wait to go again!

Our yurt was clean, comfortable, and well spaced from other camp sites.
The staff were helpful. Location is perfect for hikes up Mt. Tallac and other Desolation Wilderness trails.
The nearby Beacon Grill at Camp Richardson was feet away from the Lake and had good food.

We have been going to Fallen Leaf Lake campground for about 35 years and have seen and experienced all the wonderful improvements throughout those years!

This campground was beautiful. The sites are large, and not close together, so you do not feel like you're in a big city of tents and RVs. We loved the bike trails that have been developed to the campground since I lived there in the 80's. Also, having showers was a bonus. Its a short walk to both Fallen leaf Lake and our favorite, Baldwin Beach on Lake Tahoe.
