The site was wonderful. Good table, fire ring, pad. Restrooms were fine. We enjoy RVing here, especially in the winter months.

Campsites are beautiful. This is the off season there so not many people. Would have been prefect except one guy ran his generator 24/7 the whole weekend.

Our family makes this trip annually. Beautiful scenery and the view is even more amazing at night. Great for star gazers. Grounds have all basic necessities with the exception of electricity. Come prepared. Would definitely recommend.

Acorn campground has many nice lakeside campsites. This was particularly enjoyable because the lake was very full. We go in early Spring when the campground and lake is relatively quiet thus good for kayaks. Staff was very friendly!

We enjoy New Hogan Lake. Water level was low but it is a peaceful place.
Although we only camp on weekdays.

It’s very beautiful, very quiet place to go and have a good day with friends or family!

No enforcement for noise ordinance — we were informed of a 10 o’clock noise ordinance that would be enforced. There was what seemed like a car audio competition across the campground that went on well past midnight and all we could hear is bass and people partying. We came to get away from this, and we were kept up for hours. Very disappointing, we’ll spread the word to our friends/family and not be returning.
