Site was clean and well managed through the current adolescent drama that is American politics. Nature showed up and did its part too.

This campground was very nice. Beautiful area right on the Buffalo river. Easy access for rv rigs and site's were fairly level for easy set up.Site length is a thing here though, so check that when booking a camp site. Nice bathroom and shower facilities for campers to use, especially on a river campground probably the best I've ever seen. There is no cell phone coverage in the campground, but you can drive back up to the ranger station and get signal. Lot's of outdoor activities in this beautiful area. Would definitely go back again, however plan ahead and book early because this campground is very busy and difficult to get a reservation during the summer river floating season.

Rangers and Administrative Staff were friendly, professional, and helpful.

The reservable campsites are PACKED together creating a shanty town reminiscent of Mumbai. Fortunately, there were first come-first served sites available that allowed us to switch our location. However, generator sounds and sewage smells still affected us. The swimming hole at the river was nice but crowded.

Beautiful camp site, however when we booked it, it showed us on the same side as my sister's site. We were actually across the street. No big deal, just wish we would have known. Camp hosts were fantastic!!!

Stayed in campsite #49 C Loop. Facilities were clean. Campsite was not level, pretty steep. Next time I would choose a different site but it did not distract from our visit. We hiked the Indian Rockhouse trail. One of my favorite hikes. Pete, the camp host was very helpful. We plan to go back, great campground.

Absolutely loved this campsite! A very clean and quiet campground with lots to do nearby. Bathrooms were right up the hill less than 30 second walk. There is service up by the ranger station just as you leave the campground but at the actual site there is none. Access to the river was down the street about 200 feet to the left of the campsite and the river is visible from the site. Beware that there is little to no privacy in this site, however. It is also very small. We have a 6 person tent with a porch on the front and it was a bit of a squeeze. It has a very nice picnic table and fire ring along with water and electricity. Definitely reccomend Buffalo point!

We had a vert enjoyable stay at Buffalo Point. It was central to all that we wanted to do such as paddle the Buffalo River and spend one day in Branson, MO.The campsites are nice and the staff very friendly.

This is a great place to visit, good facilities for people that electric and water right at their campsite. We kayak and fish which is a good time but the scenery and environment are outstanding, very relaxing. We saw bald eagles and a duck swam along with us for about a mile. I look forward to this trip every year!

The bathrooms are very clean! It is a safe and well-paved area. The river is a short 3 minute walk and is very accessible. The electricity worked great. We camped in tents in October and it was great! Would definitely camp here again!

We prefer camping in a more open site. We found some more as we hiked around. My husband said our site was like a zero lot line house.
