The bathrooms are clean the Rangers are super nice but the campground host is very rude are very snobbish there were storms that come through and they shared that information with most guests but skip my campsite and skipped my buddies campsite I just don't understand how someone that rude can be the host

The area is beautiful, the campsites are well equipped and there are a few trails that are just perfect for a nice day hike. They allow dogs on a couple of them which was very much appreciated. The infrastructure included electric, delicious water, dump station plus several flush toilets and shower houses. The Buffalo River is always great and this is a great place to access it.

Our campsite in Loop C was clean and spacious; however, the showers in the bathrooms need to be updated as there is no place to put your clothing other than outside of the shower in a common area of the restroom. The lack of privacy for changing was awful. We also found that only one of the two sinks in both of the bathrooms that we used actually worked. Staff that we encountered were nice and helpful. The restaurant has a beautiful view and should be advertised more as the food and service were very good with reasonable prices. Very helpful to know in advance that phone and internet service is poor. We enjoyed hiking the trails and kayaking on the river. If bathroom facilities were updated, I would give this 4/5 stars instead.

For a 30ft+ Class C RV, our C50 space was ideal, with a nice sized sitting area, some shade and great access without being in too much foot or vehicle traffic. Restrooms and showers were well maintained. The river was high and muddy due to recent rainstorms, so don't have an update for that. Trails to the overlook were good, with some elevation. Rocky areas could be slick due to the rain, but quite manageable. Good camping.

The bathhouse could use some work. Was good for a few days in order to canoe the river. The power went out for around7 hours, but that wasn't the campground fault.

Very surprised that the rangers did not seem to care that other campers were parking on the grass not at their campsite or overflow parking. The park is nice but won't be for long if people aren't held accountable for keeping the park nice. More than one campsite left lots of trash, small pieces, all over the site. Saw one person back up their kayak truck down a hiking trail to load their kayaks. Just the general disregard for park respect amazed me from the campers to the rangers lack of enforcement. Maybe it's ok to park on the grass in Arkansas, I don't know, but I was surprised to see it going on.

Beautiful site! Shower buildings were chilly but water was hot. Dont count on cell service!

Great location. Sites were clean and easy to find. Be sure to check length as some are short. We were in C50 which was fine for a 35' 5th wheel
