The length of the lots are shorter than advertised on the website. We had to have Gidgit helps us find a lot that would accommodate our 31' motorhome. The lot we chose when booking, was not long enough. It took us over an hour to get settled. Other than the measurements being incorrect, it was beautiful!

Buffalo Point Campground is a great campground. The river close by and is awesome. It's beautiful. I been going for 34 years...it's my happy place. Looking forward to many more trips!!!

Campground is nice. Theres even a designated spot where you can get cell service. A couple of negatives. There needs to be some trimming of the underbrush in just the campground area. I mean you cant even see the river. Second thing is the dump station. It is literally 1-1/2 miles from the campground. Thats an extremely long way to drag your honey pot behind the truck.

This campground is beautiful, the bathrooms need updated so very bad! Its a lil bit of a walk to get to the swimming hole, actually a drive, unless u just cut through some campsites and go from there! It was July 4 when we was there, very low, and very warm river!

For a US park, this place is poorly maintained. With the shower houses/bathrooms being closed last year(covid) you would have thought that maintenance would have repaired everything. The handicap shower in D loop just sprites. It is unusable. They installed a new urinal in mens and you need to be 6 ft tall to use it or pee up in the air to hit it as is happening(urine on floor). 1 sink does not work. Cheapest toilet paper I have seen in my 65 years. We love this park and the river. But comeon.

This is the earliest in the spring we have ever camped here, great weather for hiking! We are always amazed at how quiet and relaxing it is, no matter how many campers there are. We have considered visiting other areas, but always return to Buffalo Point because we know we can count on a peaceful and beautiful experience! Side note: the bathrooms are always clean!

We love Buffalo Point because it is so peaceful. Even when most of the sites are full, we can count on a relaxing stay. We hiked to the Indian Rock House this time. It was a beautiful hike.

This was one of the best camping trips we have ever been on. The camp ground has the perfect combination of hiking and water activities. Make sure to bring blocks for your camper, site D70 is really too small for a 28 camper. Shady and cool nearly all day. All around great place. Totally disconnect with no cell service at the camp sites, but if you must there is service at the top of the hill by the restaurant. I would highly recommend this campground.
