Camp was clean and very well maintained. You're in the woods near a lake, so prepare for chipmunks, flies, and mosquitos. The camp host and her dog were great. The bathrooms, dumpsters, and water pump were conveniently located.

Never actually stayed here. I was looking for a campsite and I had JUST entered the campground when I got yelled at through my car window by the host to SLOW DOWN and she was super aggressive about it as I was going 7 mph. Host is terrible and the hypocrisy of the leashed dog rule is crazy. Apparently she doesn't think rules apply to her as her black lab was running around off leash to every campsite. Will never camp here. Awful first impressions from the host. Not a way to treat people.

Lack of photos of individual campsites on website created a problem for us. The site we selected (#2) indicated there was space for our 22' trailer and our pickup. This was incorrect. The space was too short for both. With the narrow road through the campground and stumps and small trees in the way, backing into the space was very challenging. Also, the slope from front to back was significant, but fixable with our blocks. However the slope from side to side was extraordinary for a space suitable for trailers. We found the camp host, explained our challenge, and fortunately for us, she allowed us to check out 3 spaces available in the upper level of the campground. We chose space #29, which was perfect. We weren't adjacent to Bull Trout Lake, but a were short walk from a very beautiful Martin Lake. The campground was clean overall, with maintained spaces, clean toilets, and easy access to bear-proof dumpsters. The road into the campground from Idaho State Highway 21 had not yet been maintained. Take it slow through the potholes. A good experience overall.

We loved this quiet hidden site. It was private with plenty of room at camp. There was a beautiful lake feet away to fish or paddle on. The camp host was very friendly and facilities were clean. We will definitely be back

Bulltrout caught on fire the night before we got to go. Maybe next year. And it was so hard to get reservations. Every day getting up and on the computer early to reserve.

Nice quiet lake campground. Stayed in site 3. While there was little privacy in the campsite (the fire ring and bench are adjacent to the parking spot of site 1), site 3 does have a very nice small private sandy beach for lake access.

We went to Bull Trout and our favorite campsite 16 on the Martin Lake side. We had one rainy day but that was fine. We had one issue with a neighbor camper, but the camp host took care of it. My husband had two AFib episodes while we were there and the camp host (I think her name was Beth) told me she could use her radio to get an ambulance or helicopter if needed. Luckily, we didn't need to call for emergency help but she sure was reassuring. She also came by to check up on my husband multiple times during our weeklong stay.

Great spacious and clean campground. Stayed in site 9 which was fairly large and had good tree coverage. The day use parking/boat ramp fall between sites 9 and 10 which I was unaware of but everyone was respectful so not really an issue. There is also a life jacket loaner station there as well. Site 10 was also a little closer to us than what I expected. The camp host was amazingly kind and polite, and she also had bundles of firewood for sale($5) in case you run out like we did. The vault toilet by our site was exceptionally clean and literally the best Ive ever seen. Plenty of places to walk around throughout the camp as well as other places to explore on the road up towards Stanley

I just used PerfectCamp.com to book six consecutive August nights at the most popular campsite in one of the most popular campgrounds in Humboldt Redwoods State Park in California. That is not anything I could have accomplished anywhere else with the ease I did here! Thank you, PerfectCamp! I LOVE this site! You will find me on several other camping sites but the design, format, functionality, and personality of this the best. It’s fresh and clean.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
