Well maintained campground with local toilets and sinks. Hot showers (with dish sinks outside) are a short walk or drive. Some camping spots are a little close to each other, otherwise 5 stars.

We enjoyed our time at Julian Price. We had camped there many times when our children were growing up. This was the first time to bring 4 of our grandchildren (ages 5-11) on a similar trip along the Blue Ridge Parkway. It was a fun time. We made some great memories and look forward to another trip. The addition of the bath house is wonderful! Thank you for keeping the grounds so natural and clean. It was the perfect time for this trip to connect with God's beautiful world!

This is a nice campground with hot showers. Also its not far from Boone, NC, a nice college town. I prefer Doughton Park 40 miles north but that is closed by COVID.

Very clean, well-maintained, beautiful campground! The first come, first serve option is a little confusing initially but we were able to get the hang of it. Loved being able to rent a kayak/canoe/paddle board right on the lake, and the rental hut even had WiFi available to help people out in a pickle.
