Lovely campground with great ranger programs nightly. Hiking straight from campground.

One of the best campsites, very quiet, good stargazing.

Please trim the trees, especially directly over the fire pits and the grasses around the campsites. I understand deer and grouse come around to eat, however grasses are too tall.

Nice spot with a tent pad. Has some shade. Bit far walk to the restrooms.

We really enjoyed our stay. We hiked the following trails: Oak Flat Loop, Uplands, Rim Rock, and Warner Point, as well as each of the lookouts. We did the Oak Flat Loop, Uplands, and Rim Rock trails several times and they were impressive each time! Also took part in the ranger talk on bats at the amphitheater which was educational! The Canyon is beautiful!

Beautiful campgrounds (Loop B, partial hook-ups), spaced to maximize privacy. Clean vault toilet, and there is a drinking water station for each loop. Area well-patrolled by friendly Park personnel. Great base for exploring all trails in Park--every one of which was marked and maintained, making our treks (100 ft. to 2 mi.) more enjoyable. Black Canyon N.P. is too spectacular for words or pictures...you gotta go! We recommend 2 or 3 night trip to do most trails.
