We were at Loop C 006 and it was wonderful! Clean, relatively spacious though right across from the bathrooms. The access and proximity to the rest of the park was fabulous. If you're considering staying in the park, DO IT!

The campground was great, fairly quiet and the sites, where we stayed, were separated from others. The sites are a bit small, which was not a problem for us with tents but not for a big trailer or RV. The access to trails and the visitor center is awesome. The only other thing I would suggest is having a contractor offer some small items like fire wood and maybe some provisions. Great campground, clean sites and bathrooms, and beautiful.

Campsites were small. Did not expect them to be basically roadside turnouts. No generators allowed per the ONE sign in only ONE bathroom (huh??). No outdoor showers, no use of water for dishwashing..... also on the ONE sign in the BATHROOM ..... imagine a very narrow road with campers on each side heel to toe.... that's this place

We loved the experience of seeing the Black canyons. However our parking site was poorly maintained. Shrubs had overgrown part of the site where we had to park. Our airstream trailer was scratched and our truck because of this. The fire pit was full and trash in camping area. Gravel on the site has washed down into the site sitting area and made the parking area even more difficult to level our rig. We felt like there were very few trails for older people and people with disabilities. Therefore there was not much to see from the road for us. All and all we would not return given our experience or recommend it to seniors or disabled people.

Loved the Black Canyon. The Rim Canyon drive is easy to navigate with stellar views along the way. Also enjoyed the upland hike from the Visitors Center to the Campground. Beautiful with lots of birds.

Black Canyon is an awesome park. Very scenic and the best part was not having to be in a crowded park. The two talks we went to were great.

Mobile Data Speed Map
#123
If there are speed tests submitted for a campground the campsite icons will be colored based on the average download speed and the border will be colored based on the average upload speed.
In this example Campsite #123 has very good download speeds and decent upload speeds. If a campsite has a solid yellow color it means there was no data speed detected in the test(s). Clicking on a campsite icon reveals more details.
