The camp site was great. Access to the river and fishing was excellent. We had multiple cook wildlife sightings in one day including a couple of bull moose.

We had a great stay at this campground! The bathrooms were kept very tidy, which made a big difference in our comfort. The campground itself was quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxing. The host was very attentive and welcoming, always available if we needed anything. Overall, a very pleasant experience wed definitely come back!

The campground was jammed with generator-powered RVs. As ground tenters who wanted a quiet camping experience, it was a dispiriting experience. Please give equal consideration to low-key, low-impact campers.

Camp host was very friendly and accommodating... some campers pushed the limits as far as the rules go.. Been camping in The Big Horns for several years and will continue as long as we can.

This was our second stay at this campground and we had an amazing time! Wake up early to see the moose passing through for breakfast!

Prune Creek campground is well maintained and the camp host, Mike, does a great job with keeping up with last minute openings and posting the on-site changes at the front of the spaces. The camp is clean, trash is picked up regularly and the bathrooms are always kept in good condition. A comment about generators....many campers now have trailers and motor homes and using a generator at intervals is required to keep batteries charges, etc. Recently we experienced a situation where a group kept their generator on for 3 full hours, being fully aware that this noise was directly placed towards our campsite. It was during the evening meal while we were sitting at our picnic table for dinner and trying to enjoy a fire in the fire pit.. Is it possible to suggest that there might be some standards regarding generators included in the reservation instructions? We don't have a problem with generator use but some common courtesy would be appreciated. Thank you.

We love staying at Prune Creek. The temperature is usually cool and its very relaxing being by the creek. Love the moose that wander through.

Excellent spot! Camp hosts very attentive and Theresa was very nice. Unfortunately someone left with their campfire still going. Hosts were very responsive and extinguished it. Bull moose hanging around site 5 was near to see.

Beautiful campground with creek next to most sites.

Nice campground. Sites are large so youre not on top of your neighbor. Surrounded by Prune Creek and one of the branches of the Tongue River that offer willing small brookies to catch. Although my site was close to the highway I didnt hear much traffic noise.

Wonderful campground! We stayed at site 18, and it was huge. Right next to Prune Creek. We saw moose multiple times. The only downside is the proximity to the highway but theres not much traffic.

Small CG. Pretty location with stream running along many sites. Water access is by hand pump. No electric. Good spacing between sites. Stayed in 35ft 5th wheel with opposing slides.

I just used PerfectCamp.com to book six consecutive August nights at the most popular campsite in one of the most popular campgrounds in Humboldt Redwoods State Park in California. That is not anything I could have accomplished anywhere else with the ease I did here! Thank you, PerfectCamp! I LOVE this site! You will find me on several other camping sites but the design, format, functionality, and personality of this the best. It’s fresh and clean.

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
