Campground very very nice. Only complaint is that there is a "so called strict" lease law in park. However, there were several dogs allowed to go unleased, therefore, owners had no idea where there poop was deposited nor picked up so that other guest didn't step in it.

Always one of my favorite camping trips.

Not likely to happen again but I was camping in the midst of four families who had no regard for quite hours. They were blasting their TV and partying well past midnight. Loved the park but not my neighbors.

We had a great stay with the family at Bandy Creek!

Road from the east was treacherous. Sites not close to level and most too short for even a medium RV.

We appreciated the generally quiet campsites and the hot water in the well ventilated and warm bath houses. We will reserve again.

This was a beautiful campground. Individual campsites were separated with patches of woods giving you the illusion of being all alone in the woods. The sites were paved and easily backed into with a TT. The sites were clean each with their own bear box. (a big plus). The dump station was easily accessed and was quite clean. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful area. Great hiking and biking trails. I have been there several times. Only three areas that need improvement. The trail maps are confusing and not very accurate. The trail markings are also equally confusing and not consistent with the maps. Some trail signs and markings are missing or not legible. One staff person/ranger could not properly direct me to one of the most popular biking trail heads. He was young and may have been new. But, I will go back.

The campground was clean but the host in loop D was overbearing and caused us to be very uncomfortable. Two mornings in a row we barely had time to make a cup of coffee before she was coming by “writing us up” for anything and everything. She would hand us the rules over and over and write things down with exclamation points and double underline things. We are quiet and clean and respectful and don’t want to be harassed each morning because we have one tire barely on the gravel. We go camping to relax and we were made to feel like intruders instead of being treated with kindness. It made for a pretty unwelcome stay unfortunately and that’s never happened to us before in any campground we’ve been to.

As usual for Bandy Creek, the staff was friendly and efficient. The power "went out" our first night but was restored the next day. Gave us a chance to "rough It". Lost the microwave and the drip coffee maker. Had to drag the old stovetop percolator and fix breakfast like "real" campers, in the gas oven! Took a long hike and enjoyed the views. All in all, a great camping experience!
