We left early due to weather, but the campground is nice and peaceful. The showers were warm and clean, too. Only issue I would bring up is that the park feels woefully understaffed now.

We originally reserved an electric site but changed it to nonelectric once we got to the campground. It was absolutely beautiful!! There was a sink to wash dishes at the bathhouse so not having water was not an inconvenience!

Amazing place, AMAZING staff. Dark skies to view amazing stars and amazing meteor showers. Clean bathrooms and convenient ice & firewood. Please don't change anything. We will be back!

So amazing. Pristine campground bathrooms. Spacious sites. Beautiful wooded setting. Awesome visitor's center with friendly, helpful staff. A luxurious campground compared to some others I've traveled to, yet very secluded and not crowded. 10/10 would recommend.

Bathhouse heat should have been turned on with the low overnight of 45 degrees

I went for a night of relaxation after a hard month. I knew the campground had many sites availble when I looked online. I felt like picking one in person so I could get one the was apart from other campers. When I got to the campground to pick my site send there were no envelopes to put my money in and secure my campsite. I have been camping at National Forest campsites which have that, but the National Park Service does not anymore because of covid. I had to make my reservation online. The website did not work, I could not download the app from playstore, and it took me two and a half hours to get a campsite. There was no way to pay at the ranger station via credit card or cash. It was for not for someone who happened to have a laptop, I would have not been able to make my reservations and I would not been able to camp that night and would also drive back to some place where I could camp or get a hotel room. Next morning I was greeted by a ranger before I had brrakfast and he was curious why I was camping there. I showed him my reservation that was on my phone. Since I have tried so many times to reserve this site I knew exactly which night I was reserving for but the website gave me a night that was two days later. Fortunately the campsite was not full, if it had been I am not sure what would have happened. This is the farthest thing from relaxation I have ever had in a national park. On the plus side the staff was nice and the canpground was layed out very well with good restrooms.
