Second time at Bandy Creek. Only annoyance was the bright lights that some other campers in RVs put around their campsites. I'm not sure why you come to a campground and put up security lights.

Bandy Creek Campground is always nice! The campsites have some privacy and are spaced far enough apart that you don't feel cramped. The bath house is ok. Very basic. This last time, the shower was stopped up so I stood in water over my feet. Not a great feeling or sanitary. We notified our camp host and she said she would take care of it. Usually, I shower in my camper but needed to wash my hair, so I went to the bath house. The only other thing is the ticks. I know they are bad this year but they are especially bad at Big South Fork. We take our dogs with us and they get covered. They take flea and tick meds but it seems there is a huge population of them there.
We will continue to come to Bandy Creek. The other nice thing is that the wood and ice are sold on the honor system. Its nice having them available because not all campgrounds we stay in, even sell those things.
