We had a great time at blue heron. Clean bathrooms and quiet and our dog loved it. Found a copperhead though on our first night so be aware. Great hikes just walking distance away.

Big rig friendly, not so much. We have a 42’ class A coach.
First, the 5 mile access road to the park has very steep up and down grades along with moderate to tight curves.
The sites at the park are we’re not level. Some went up hill from the road others went downhill from the road. The wasn’t a worker the entire week we were there. We never used the bathroom so I’m not sure if they were cleaned or even open. The up side was it was very secluded and beautifully quiet plus only $10 a night for W/E with out AtB senior pass.
