The maintenance man on duty could not of been more helpful. My first time reserving a site , he walked me through the online process. The place was immaculate shower amazing.

I loved this campground! Every spot has a view of the lake. I had excellent internet. I made friends with the other campers, and there sere lots of alligators and birds. And a sky at night splattered with stars. All in all, a totally chill experience. I made a video, if you want to see images... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iN4R99zIQcE&t=5s

Lovely campground surrounding a lake in Big Cypress Preserve. Camp hosts were very accessible and helpful. I had my dog with me so there wasnt any hiking though I did find some west of the preserve in the state park.

Quiet and relaxing campground (other than one camper with a very loud generator). Quick and easy check-in with the camp host. Walked the service road and the trail north of the Oasis Visitor Center. Several alligators in Monument Lake and the canal next to the visitor center. Interesting facts about local cougar population. Had beautiful sunsets on Monument Lake. Cell service was adequate. Did not us the restrooms or showers, but very clean. We would camp here again.
