Wonderful facility with beautiful surroundings. Great shower and bathroom. Dish washing stations. Not a ton of shaded areas but still very nice.

Wonderful location! The camping sites are conveniently close to clean and well-maintained facilities, which are accessible even at night.The only downside is the antsthere are quite a few ant hills scattered around, and its easy to accidentally step on them.

Work had been done where stone was put down and then 1 inch of dirt over it for tent sites. This is not enough to get stakes in. Staff aware of this problem yet did nothing to assist with moving to a better location stating I would have to pay for a whole other site. unimpressed with greed over appropriate sites also unimpressed with lack of help from staff

Beautiful sunrise and sunset, great walking loop around lake, fantastic grassy sites, dark skies, wonderful campground hosts!Clean restroom and shower (with hot water).

Very clean, quiet campground. Campground hosts were knowledgeable and friendly. Especially liked the clean dishwashing area with hot and cold water. Easy to see wildlife and a fascinating number of birds right near the camp ground entrance.

We have been to the park using the tent. The services provided are clean and in order. The volunteers are kind and friendly.The location is quite and really beautiful especially during the sunrise. The are only two items that are to take in consideration: the route 41 is very mouse especially during the night due to the truck traffic and this break the tranquility that we are researching when in camping.. the second one is the sun. At least in our space was under the sun all day long.. we should have more trees in the park. In general was a good experience and knowing the place we surely choice a better spot to choose for next time.Thanks to the volunteers for their amazing service!

Very nice place and friendly, helpful hosts. An abundance of wildlife, especially birds, if one wanders on foot or bicycle. I would not recomend this campground for people with pets as the sites are aranged around a lake with allagators.

Prefect camping location near Shark Valley NP. Nice tent sites and very quiet. Flush toilets, potable water available, and hot showers (not listed on the NPS site so that was a plus). Plenty of alligators to view in Monument Lake. We took the 1/2 day naturalist and fan boat tour in Shark Valley with Wild Lime. It was a great tour.

This campground is so beautiful! Close to Everglades City where you can catch a kayak or airboat tour, and Shark Valley, a great place to rent a bike.

Camp host was wonderful and very helpful when my lantern needed some tools to get the pump back into service. Beautiful campsite with good mobile service, a clean restroom, and amazing wildlife. Do be ware of the gators, don't walk your dogs near the waters edge or jump in. Two big gators were in the lake, but they didn't bother anybody. Just cool being that close to the nature.

We were disappointed at first seeing camp - it is so desolate. Where are the trees? There is very little to do and campsite and no showers! We did enjoy a walk on the gated gravel road.
