The campground is nicely maintained. The road when dry puts a lot of dust on the RV and tow vehicle. Im glad you added gravel parking spots, electric would be wonderful.

I enjoyed my stay, the sites were large enough. It was quiet, though some generators were running during the day. I wasn't near them though. I wish I'd known about the wet walk and some other activities earlier but I was only there for 2 night so I didn't have time. I enjoyed the video at the visitor center down the road and driving the Loop Road.

Large sites. Some shaded. Large Lake containing alligators. Excellent cellular service. Shower has hot water. Needs electric for RV sites.

The campgrounds were beautiful but the hostess was quite rude and not helpful at all.

What a great campground. Sites are clean as are the bathrooms. Showers are cold but in the warm Florida weather they feel great. Never did see any alligators but did see a beautiful sunset. Close to Everglades City. Make sure you are stocked up on supplies as it is a ways to any stores.

We returned to this campground 5 or 6 years after our prior visit. The campground was significantly reworked in that time. The new layout provides more separation between the campsites and the pond. Given far more gator activity than when we were last here, that seemed quite prudent.Attention to rules appeared lacking, with folks fishing near alligator activity. We also witnessed a camper toss some sort of food at a gator. Many mud buggy vehicles were parked beyond the camper's sites. We were glad to be here only one night.

The campground hosts were fantastic. They kept the campground spotless, engaged with all the campers, made suggestions for excursions throughout the preserve and were so welcoming.
