Very nice, quiet campground. The host was welcoming and was happy to let us set up camp a little earlier than check in time. Very nice bathroom and shower. Only downside was one shower. We would definitely stay here again.

Place is nice, services are very clean and ready for uses. The fireplace-bbq works. Treea/shade are missing on the spots near the bathrooms. There are so many anthill! I understand that is a natural park, and we are invading their place, but I'm sure there should be a control of it. At least mark them to avoid stepping on it. We've got severely beaten up. Appart from the ants, was a nice experience.

The campground was maintained well, with campfire grills, trash and recycle receptacles. The bathrooms were very clean with hot water showers. Our manager, Bob was friendly, providing us with rules, regulations and wildlife precautions. We had cool weather in the evenings and marveled at the beautiful, bright stars in the sky at night. Although we came prepared, the mosquitoes were overwhelming, abundant and hungry. We had an amazing experience!

Great campsite! Restrooms were clean, other campers were polite, pretty spot right on the lake. Hot showers are the icing on the cake.

I stayed at site#7. When booking, the site map showed only tent camping sites in that area and no other sites from #7 up to the lake but to my surprise, there were several occupied RV pads very close to my site, obstructing the view of the lake.

Well maintained campground with clean bathrooms and a hot water shower. Perfect for a peaceful retreat away from populated coasts of South Florida. The hosts are exceptionally friendly and accommodating, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere.

Nice campground. Clean toilets (cleaned every day). Overall impressions are satisfactory. You can spend a couple of days in this place. The only negative is that there are no attractions around, but people come here for peace and nature.

Came here with my bf and had a nice time they had very clean bathrooms and hot showers which wasn't listed so that was a plus . Woke up looked out at the lake and seen 2 gators so that was nice. It was very quiet . We can't wait to take the kids .

Beautiful lake at the campground complete with Alligators, Egrets, Herons, Osprey, and Swallows dancing as the sun rose. This campsite is for you if you love wildlife and the outdoors. Quite buggy in the evenings (as to be expected) and not much shade, but there are flushing toilets, showers and a large outside sink for washing dishes. The camp hosts were very friendly and informative. Its close to a number of different boardwalks found along route 41 at rest stops, rec areas and visitor centres that never failed to disappoint in terms of wildlife viewing when we visited in January. We saw over 30 gators in the river beside the Oasis visitor centre. Bring your binoculars for a heightened experience!

It was so bad we didnt even stay. The bugs were everywhere. Couldnt even get out of the car without having bugs all over you dont recommend staying there during this time of year. The sites are all located around a lake which if youre in a self-contained unit where you dont want to or have to be outside youd be fine but tent camping or even sitting outside at night was definitely not an option.

Camp host was great, bathrooms clean, very quiet, gators well behaved. Would have liked to choose a better site but there wasnt a map for reservations. Fire pit was unusable & overgrown
