Nice clean with easy access. Just wish they had showers.

Camp hosts were top notch. Had a problem with my hitch jack. Without going into details they were completely helpful and accommodating. Grounds were spotless and the bath facilities were what I phrase "Disney clean".

The campground was clean and quiet. There was no camp host on duty. The mosquitoes were not terrible.

Very well kept and clean. The sites were level, had some shade, and plenty of room between sites.

On-site showers would be nice. Potable water close to campsites also would be nice. Campsite was long way to restroom, especially for us older folks. But campground was clean and the price was right..

The campground is extremely clean, the host was visible and easy to talk to. Campsites were level mostly grass. Extremely quiet even with the highway so close. Site 14 at the back was excellent!

Great quiet camp ground. Very well maintained and the grassy areas are cut and neat.

Campground was great! Had power on site and water and dump on the way out. Worked very well for us.

Campground is small but clean well maintained. Bathrooms were clean. Doesn't have showers but if staying in an RV that does have a shower this is no problem.

The Recreation.gov reservation system is difficult at best. We had reservations confirmed for months before our trip. A few weeks before the trip the reservations were cancelled and automatically refunded by Recreation.gov due to "facility maintenance". I immediately re-booked the exact same site and a day or so later they were partially cancelled and refunded by Recreation.gov. Upon arrival at the campground the campground host had few details about what was going on and how long we could actually stay in our "reserved" site. No fault of the campground host-it's lack of accurate information from management. The site and campground were great.

Very clean and level site.

It's a very nice area; however, we didn't care for no internet at all. The small pond where all the RV's park around it was a bit unnerving due to the alligators' that supposedly live in it. Then wander out, go walk past the one side of where RV's are parked, go to the swamp, then head back. The other thing that was unnerving is the one side where dogs are allowed, walking small ones was dangerous. There were warning signs for that.
Wasn't our kind of "safe" relaxing area. We left the very next day. Everyone from the hosts to the folks, were very nice. It's a great place if you have no dogs and just want to hang out in your rig.

Very nice small campground.

No cell phone signal
Security issues because of it
@ThomasC405 · Camped on Dec 5, 2021 at Campsite #14
It would be nice if there is a water hook up at each site.
@RobertW948 · Camped on May 28, 2021 at Campsite #14
clean and isolated, the way we like it
@JohnC804 · Camped on Apr 7, 2021 at Campsite #14
We absolutely loved this intimate campground. Waking up to the birds, walking the pond and being conveniently close to the Big Cypress and Shark Valley visitor centers made this a prime location. Definitely worth setting your cal reminder months out to get a site once they become available.

Convenient, and nice hosts. Choose spots furthest from the road to avoid the all night truck serenade ;-)
