Midway is a great location. Very quiet, peaceful.

Nice campground except NO SHOWERS in the bathhouse. Also no water at the sites. Must fill up fresh water tank and hope it holds enough. Not a good combination when you must shower in you rv. They offer a hot shower 10 miles away at another campgroud. Tried that but when arrived there was a waiting line 3 deep. One was there from another campground, so at least 3 using one bathhouse and it only ha one men and one women shower.

Nice campground. Sites are paved and level. Hosts were pleasant and helpful when needed. Excellent area for exercise. No water or sewer at the sites but available at dump station which is nice.

Midway Campground has a community feel to it. An oasis in the middle of no where. A+ clean bathrooms and sites, everything very well maintained. Really enjoyed the friendly staff. Lola was so kind and helpful, really cared about our experience. She and Tony always greeted us with a smile and time to visit. Looking forward to a return visit.

Great campground around a lake! Birds to view everywhere. Perfect location to visit anywhere in Big Cypress. Camp Hosts were wonderful!

Perfect last stop before Miami RV return due to available backwater dump station.Nice open campsite loop but do expect mosquitoes since this is in the middle of the Everglades

We stop at Midway for 3 or 4 days on our trips to and from the Keys. While at Midway we always go for the Loop Road drive to check out the birds and alligators.

The park is clean and well maintained. It has easy access to the sites. Power was available at our site. Water and sewer were only available at the front of the park. Wifi connection was sporadic during our stay at the park. We were in a motormome with a wifi booster.

Small, simple campground. Well maintainer and attractive. Lake inthronisiere middle of loop road with the sites. Sites are not paved but hard and pretty level. Sites are perpendicular to Road that may make backing in more difficult than herringbone layouts.

A very nice dark sky park. We picked a good night for star gazing. Nice spacing on the sites. The site we had (1) didnt have a water hook up but luckily we filled our tank before we arrived. Clean restrooms but no showers. Bring all your supplies and firewood as theres no camp store.

This was our first time at this campground. The site we had reserved was perfect and we plan to stay there another time.We never saw the campground host which we thought was unusual.

State ran site, so lacking in amenities. It is however clean, and the bugs werent bad. To be honest I dont think theres a better option in this area

This camp was in a great location about an hour from Naples or Miami. Down the road is a great alligator hang out for viewing alligators. There was no internet so it is good to get away from that. We left early because we were afraid an alligator in the pond would eat one of our pets.
