We stayed overnight in Site 55 with a 23ft TT. Plenty of room and the campground is beautiful. We enjoyed the Nature Trail, and will return.

Everything about the campground was great except the site was absolutely covered with little seedlings that had big spines which limited our ability to place the tent where we wanted to. It was nearly impossible to position our 6-man tent in a space in between the sprouts, in spite of the fact that the site was huge with lots of open space. Very disappointing. Our only other negative is that it seemed like people at this campground did not feel inclined to abide by quiet hours - very different from Chisos Basin where everyone was quiet and respectful. We still had a great time, but probably wouldn't stay at this site again.

Nice campground, only 1 shower($2) though. A lot of flies due to all the horse, donkey, and cow manure, they roam freely within this campground.

This is a pretty remote national park campground. The generator hours are limited so if you are staying here it may get quite warm during the day. We were here in early March at it was pretty warm. We enjoyed our couple of days here.

We really enjoyed watching the sunsets from the nature trail. We also rode our bikes past the RV campground to the picnic area, where we hiked up to the Rio Grande overlook. Definitely recommend! The bathrooms were always clean, and the camp hosts were friendly and helpful. We didn't get to see the bobcat, but we saw the pack of javelinas. We look forward to our future visits.

Loved the campground and the lovely lady hosting. Had fun in Mexico, and highly recommend the hot springs. My only complaint was the camping neighbors who were drunk and loud.

As long as you realize this is a no-frills campground, you won't be disappointed. Sites are spacious, restrooms are good, scenery is amazing. The camp store has pay showers and Wi-Fi.

Rio Grande Village has all the amenities to stay comfy while camping. The proximity to Boquillas and the hot springs is nice. We saw and heard a lot of wildlife in the area too. The star gazing at night was immaculate. Its nice to have a good view right from the campsite

EXCELLENT. Restrooms near our campsite. So much to see and do in the immediate area.

Our campground host, Todd, was amazing and so helpful! We had a great time going on the Rio Grande trail. It was nice and short but had a beautiful view from the top!

The campground was great, but visitors (especially renters) should plan for flood irrigation. Youll wake up to lake front property! Wear long pants and/or repellent. Gnats were really bad and we got chewed up and are still itching 7 days later.Views from the overlook at Sunset were stunning! Laundry facilities! Showers at store. Wi-if at store. We liked having an awning over our campsite to protect us from the sun.

Easy to get in and out of site, we have a 20 ft camper. It looks like they are upgrading the shade structures. Our site had a large bear box and a charcoal grill. Closest restrooms backed up thru floor drain once and were closed for a while, had to walk a little farther to next one. Campground host was friendly and helpful. First night was very windy, after that it calmed down. Beautiful scenery, takes a while to get anywhere in the park, main paved roads are excellent, unpaved can be very rough. No cell service. There was wifi at picnic tables at the rio grande village store. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets.

Too many barking dogs including the host. No first come first served. Having to move sites and then no one occupying the site you left. Other than these issues we love Rio Grande Village and will return probably.
