There wasn't a lot of great stuff about this campground. There was very little shade and millions of flies (I still can't figure out why exactly). The bathrooms were flush, but looked like they were only cleaned once a month. Because the water was so low at the lake the beach was mostly small rocks and mud, but there was a nice breeze down there to cool you off from the 100° heat. The store was cute and had nice employees and good ice cream. It was also nice to be able to get ice so close. All in all, there are much nicer places to camp that are much closer to salt lake.

There was fire damage to the surrounding area requiring that the trails were closed. Drought made the lake level extremely low this year (2021) but the campground was very nice. The bathrooms were kept clean. Host was helpful.

This campground is so well kept. The camp hosts were in top of everything all the time and were so pleasant.
