I am thankful that the other managers are no longer there. The crew that is there is extremely helpful and does a good job. Things are a bit different, but it seems that there isn't really a good handoff from one season to the next, therefore, the new incoming crew doesn't have a firm grasp on how everything is normally done there. Things were still extremely clean and friendly. On another note, I always thought this would be a great job to have (working at Lucerne for the summer), but after reading the reviews for the managing company, it's definitely concerning, to say the least, how terrible past employees claim they've been treated. Seems, regardless of truth, that the managing company would take those reviews serious. There's absolutely no doubt that it is affecting the number and quality of applicants.

It would be a 5 but the walls in the apartment are like paper and you dont get an extra toilet paper. Its kinda hard sometimes to find a camp host to get another roll midweek.

Exceeded our expectations. Wish we had brought a power strip or two, but that's on us. Clean facilities and exceptional location. Will come back often!

We stayed in the apartments at Lucerne campground and they just couldnt have been any cleaner, comfortable, or convenient. Campground managers are so friendly and helpful. Will always book here first when visiting Flaming Gorge.

I was disappointed with the cleanliness and safety of our apartment when we stayed. There were multiple sharp metal pieces sticking out of the carpet that we had to cover with our bags so our kids wouldnt get hurt. The whole place did not appear to be have been deep cleaned in a long time. There were spider webs in the corners of the ceilings in the bathroom and kitchen with spiders in them. We probably killed 10 spiders upon arrival. The dishes, pots and pans were old and handles were broken, making them difficult to use. Overall, the rooms need a major update and a deep clean every once in a while. We didnt even use the shower/bath in the room because of the cleanliness. Also, a reminder to bring cash when you arrive would be nice. It was not mentioned in any of the emails right before the trip and we had to go to an ATM. Luckily, we brought our debit card since.

Overall the experience was good but didn't know we needed to empty our own garbage and upon check out no one was to be found for over 30 minutes.

We have been staying at this location for many years and have never been treated so poorly. the Staff was rude and accused my of lying. I WILL NOT recommend staying at this facility to anyone that I know as long as the same staff is on site.
