Beautiful campground and surrounding area. No water hook-up at the site and cost $10 to dump not included in camp fee.

We have been coming to Flaming Gorge and staying at Lucerne for almost 40 years. We have always enjoyed our time here. The past two or three years have been very disappointing. The bathrooms are never clean, toilet paper runs out and never replaced in the bathrooms. This year there was a broken sprinkler line in the field that gushed waters the whole 5 days we were there. The grass in the campgrounds was dead and usually they water the grass.

Very nice campground. We were in B009 camp spot. Great view of the lake. My only complaint was that the toilet in the mens bathroom was broken and out of order. It looked like it had been broken for some time. Things like this need to be fixed for convenience to campers in the loop. I would stay there again. I would have given it a five star, other than the out of order issues.

We love this campground and how close it is to the marina. Bathrooms are clean and the location is perfect. The downside is, quiet hours are not enforced, even after asking for the camp host to have our neighbors turn their loud music down at 1am.

This campground has always been a favorite of mine, so Im disappointed to see how much it has gone downhill since last year. The bathrooms used to be cleaned every morning, but are now just gross. Half the toilets dont flush and the sheets arent working properly. The grass is drier and worse than usual as well. People light off fireworks with no oversight and the price of everything has increased quite a bit. Its just crazy.

The restrooms were always clean but never had any hand soap. I brought two new pump bottles and put them in the restroom in Loop A, both were completely used up. We enjoy staying here evey year.

We enjoyed our stay at Lucerne very much. Water connections at the site would have been better but we managed our consumption and did not run short. Having showers in the facility made that possible We thought it odd that a fee was connected to the dump station. Since we had a full service site at our next campground, we chose not to dump at Lucerne and disposed at Rifle Gap State Park in Colorado

We had so much fun at this campground. It was so clean and spacious. The camp hosts were so nice and even let us borrow an extension cord for my Dads oxygen machine. I personally didnt use the showers but my friends did and said they were so clean, hot water, and good water pressure. I love that there is a place we can fill our trailer up with water, rather than having to haul it up there or fill 5 gallon jugs a bunch of times, thats a huge plus in my book. All in all, we will def be coming back it was an amazing trip!! Thanks for everything!!

The campground itself is nice, but the showers don't drain so you get dressed in standing water, and showers could be cleaned more often

VERY NICE CAMPGROUND WITH PRONGHORNS EVERYWHERE IN THE CAMPGROUND. THE WIND WAS UNBEARABLE, BUT THE WEST HAD BAD WINDS THAT WEEK EVERYWHERE. NICE MARINA, VERY FRIENDLY STAFF.

Loose dogs, bathroom closed, very little shade. If you are a boater this is a nice place but if you are a camper I would look elsewhere.

It's a nice campground with electric hookups. There are a few trees, but not nearly as many as we would like. They do also feature public showers and restrooms.

We stayed in loop B and the bathroom showers was cleaned once weekly at best. , I was there 14 days. There was brown stagnant water on the first shower stall from the south.. the worst Ive seen them in all the years Ive been going up there.
@ScottG2628513 · Camped on Jun 7, 2025 at Campsite #B14
We were in loop F. The men's bathroom did not have any soap or dispenser for soap. The electric hand dryer did not function during the day, not sure if it worked in the evening when lights were on. Whilst it was fully highlighted that the RV dump site was an additional charge above the cost for use, it was nonetheless disappointing as it was the most expensive location on a per night basis even with my senior pass.
@BartH8907749 · Camped on Jun 5, 2025 at Campsite #E5
The campground was very well kept. There are real toilets and showers. The parking was level and long enough for my truck and trailer.
@NancyM7309003 · Camped on Jun 2, 2025 at Campsite #A9
Everything in the campground was clean and convenient. Sites werent jammed together. Natl Museum of wildlife art is a must see.

I just used PerfectCamp.com to book six consecutive August nights at the most popular campsite in one of the most popular campgrounds in Humboldt Redwoods State Park in California. That is not anything I could have accomplished anywhere else with the ease I did here! Thank you, PerfectCamp! I LOVE this site! You will find me on several other camping sites but the design, format, functionality, and personality of this the best. It’s fresh and clean.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
