We love going and watching the tug boats. The sites we have stayed in are really nice with 50 amp service.

All the sites were very well maintained and clean! Restrooms were very clean! Right by the river! A very beautiful park! We will be back again.

Camping at Toad Suck COE Park this past week was great, we could tell that the park personnel took pride in taking care of the grounds as the park was mowed and cleaned. The attendant lady that checked us in was super nice, friendly and pleasant. Will be returning soon for another stay for some fall camping. Been to other COE parks, and some could really take lessons from them. Thank you Toad Suck COE for a job well done.

Site hosts were friendly and helpful and gave good directions to our site. The street in front of the site was a little narrow when swinging the tow vehicle out to straighten up while backing in, but really wasnt a problem for our 33 5th wheel. Our site was perfectly level and asphalt with a large concrete patio area including a covered concrete patio area. There was also a fire pit, plenty of grassy area between the sites, water, & 30/50 amp service in our B loop site. The dump station already had a hose connected to the flush water spigot which saved several minutes. You do hear traffic going over the Hwy 60 bridge and occasional barge traffic & warning sirens from the lock & dam which is on the opposite side of the river. Maybe not the quietist place on earth, but it was more interesting than a bother and didnt prevent a good nights sleep. Cell service was excellent. We did not use the toilet/shower facilities so cant comment on that. There was a play area for kids with what appeared to be typical playground toys, but didnt pay much attention except noticing it was there and kids playing there. Overall a very good experience over the New Years weekend. We wanted to eat at Toad Suck Bucks, but restaurant was closed for the holiday. Have heard good things about the food there. Conway is a short drive across the river for anything one might want or need and there is a convenience store/gas station/souvenir shop on the highway not far from the entrance to the park that has plenty of room for rigs and diesel.

Very nice and well-run campground. Good space between sites, clean and private bathrooms and showers, and great views of the river. The nice town of Conway is just a short drive away, with plenty of stores and restaurants.

Best value!!Nearing the end of a 17-day RV vacation it is safe to say this campground won our award for best value. We have stayed at about a half dozen ACOE campgrounds in the last two years; none bad; all at least very good. With my discount, this overnight stay only cost $10. We got a very nice campsite with plenty of room right near the river. Beautiful scenery to watch the water flow in the evening. Large covered picnic table area at our site. Electric and water utilities worked fine. Lots of room to walk the pup. Good city amenities available nearby, including Kroger Marketplace and Walmart.Would definitely stay again.

We love this park! The attendants are very friendly and helpful! When we checked in they told us about a local food truck that is at the top of the hill serving catfish and chicken. What a treat! The bathhouses are always very clean and well maintained! It’s close to Conway if you need to run into town! Most spots are very level with nice tables. Can’t go wrong with this park!
