We really loved spot 41. It is roomy and has access to the lake. As with most of Arkansas, poison ivy is everywhere and you need to be cautious of it because there was some on the little private path to the lake. Because spot 41 sits on a dead end road (it has a round about at the end) within the park it has very little traffic. The round about is tight, so if you're pulling a larger rig, be aware of this. We pull a small 20 footer and I really had to cut it wide. Aside from that, the grounds were clean, garbages are emptied routinely, there is a nice sandy public beach and nice spots for fishing.

Nice site but the noise of the sewage treatment area across the ravine can be pretty annoying at night

Beautiful site, right along the water. It was easy access down a short embankment on our site to reach the beach, which was rocky but nice. The campground was quiet and very nice. The only negative was that it was very buggy and the mosquitos and other bugs were swarming around the bath house. It would be nice if the campground put up a bug zapper by the bath house to eliminate some of this issue. I would definitely stay here again if I were in the area.
I arrived just before dark, only to spend one night. My main reason for staying was the availability of showers. It was late December, and the weather was cool, but not cold. The shower house was adequate and relatively clean. The water was hot. The restroom was adequate and clean. I don't know if either has heat, as it was not too cool during my visit. The lakefront campsite was great. It was fairly clean ( I picked up five or six bits of micro trash). The view of and access to the lake were good, although the slope to the water's edge would be difficult for those with mobility issues.
I used the fire ring, which really added to the ambience. The site also has a picnic table and a lantern/water holding hook. There is a water spigot and I did not use the electricity. There were three other groups in the area, all of whom were very quiet at night. I will stay here again.

Very wooded campground with a nice throwback camping charm. Sites spread out a bit more than you usually see. While the shower houses are not brand new, they are clean and the water was hot. Be sure to heed any listed warnings for a particular site, some of the angles would be difficult to maneuver in a large RV or with a trailer. Very nice campground that I would be excited to stay at again.

We had a campsite right on the water. Gorgeous sunset. Loved it. Stayed only one night on our way out west.
Denby Point was the last of 10 campgrounds we visited over a 2 1/2 month period. It was easily our favorite. We stayed in 41C and were right on the water. There was a little trail (steep) from the campsite down to the water and enough "beach" on which to perch a chair. The only issue with this particular site is that you have to go around a very tight loop in order to be in position to back in. Our trailer is 19' pulled by an extended cab pickup. We negotiated the turn ok, but would not have wanted to be any longer. We stopped a couple of big rigs that were headed down our way before they got into the loop. A sign at the beginning of the road would be helpful. As some others have mentioned, the noise from the waste treatment building is annoying, but that is the only annoying thing I can think of. Otherwise the campground was quiet. Bathrooms were very clean.

2 downsides are no sewer hookups on loop C (not sure about other loops), so it makes longer stays problematical, and the floors in the showers on cooler days tend to be VERY wet and slippery. But it's an absolutely wonderful campground, we've been going there for years and will continue to. Highly recommended. Unless you plan on going when we want to go and taking our space, in which case stay away :-)

Mobile Data Speed Map
#123
If there are speed tests submitted for a campground the campsite icons will be colored based on the average download speed and the border will be colored based on the average upload speed.
In this example Campsite #123 has very good download speeds and decent upload speeds. If a campsite has a solid yellow color it means there was no data speed detected in the test(s). Clicking on a campsite icon reveals more details.
